Eswatini’s Prime Minister, Ambrose Dlamini dies of COVID-19

The Prime Minister of Eswatini, Ambrose Dlamini is dead.

Dlamini died in a hospital in South Africa, four weeks after he tested positive for COVID-19.

The death of the Prime Minister was disclosed in a statement signed by the Deputy Prime Minister, Themba Masuku.

According to the statement, Dlamini died at the age of 52, on Sunday.

Masuku said Dlamini died “while under medical care in a hospital in South Africa.

“Government in collaboration with the family will keep the nation informed of subsequent arrangements.”
