The Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi, said that two new coronavirus related deaths were recorded in the state.
Abayomi made this known via his Twitter account on Tuesday.
The Health Commissioner said the newly-confirmed deaths increased the number of fatalities in the state to 334.
Abayomi added that the total number of coronavirus tests conducted in the state since the beginning of the pandemic stood at 329,925.
According to him, 3,638 patients, who have successfully recovered from the virus, have been discharged.
“Total number of recovery from the virus in communities – 45,245.
“Cases currently under isolation -128 while active cases under home-based care are 3,939,” he said.
